Horrible service, the person who appeared to be some sort of shift supervisor was out of uniform as very loud and very pushy! She belittled other employees inform of customers and took a child behind the counter to serve her ice cream, this may be funny and fun to do at home but not in a professional business. The food was stale and tasted bad!!!!! We will be calling the Dairy Queen Corp about this experience!!

Blizzards in Florida Contrary to popular belief, Florida does have blizzards. In fact it has lots of Blizzards in many different flavors. Plus lots of other tasty treats like chocolate dipped cones and Peanut Buster Parfaits. But unlike the numerous outdoor blizzards up north, the Blizzards in Florida can only be found inside, in a place called Dairy Queen. This particular DQ is a rather large one by DQ standards, with quite a large sitting area with booths inside the building and a few picnic type tables on the outside. You get a nice view of all the traffic going by on Highway 1 when you sit outside and you get to watch the news on a TV if you choose to sit inside. Besides all the usual DQ frozen type treats this place still serves up Brazier food like burgers, fries and dogs. It seems more and more DQ's are getting away from the fried food and are concentrating just on the cold stuff. Although the folks working there didn't have any idea, I have a feeling that this DQ has been around here for a while because even though the inside looks fairly new and perhaps remodeled, the outside still retains that cool, old DQ feel and look. The service was pleasant and the Blizzards were just what we expected. This is a nice roomy DQ with lots of space to spread out and even a TV to check up on the news. Sure it's noisy and doesn't have much of a view if you sit outside but that really doesn't matter much. It's always a real treat to find a Blizzard while in Florida.

All you people who are complaining they Dont have burgers and stuff are ignorant. it is called a limited brazier dairy queen that's the contract they have.. The staff is very pleasent and welcoming It just appears a lot of ignorant stupid people come in and have nothing better to do with their lives then write whining complaint posts on here

I had a craving for a blizzard during a long drive from Miami to central NC. I stopped at this Dairy Queen and was also thinking about getting something to eat as well. There are a LOT of signs in the front of the building. No loitering, no public restrooms, etc. It doesn't feel very welcoming or customer service oriented. There is also an old, broken wooden gate at the front far right of the building. It looks as if it could fall over at any moment. Immediately upon entering the Dairy Queen, a very bad smell hit me. It was a musty smell mixed with a very strong cleaner. It was not a pleasant smell. I decided only to order a blizzard because of it. There was an older male employee (not in uniform) obviously reprimanding a young female worker behind the counter. He didn't let our presence stop him from finishing his torrent against her. I don't agree in reprimanding employees in front of customers. There is a proper time and place for it. The female employee didn't skip a beat and was friendly and helpful towards us. This place only has hot dogs, chips, and a few other pre-packaged items. This is no Dairy Queen GRILL and CHILL. I would not venture into this Dairy Queen again.

They have no hamburgers or any normal dq food very strange. We were hungry and thought we would go there for the amazing burgers or other tasty food but when we went there they had a small selection of icecream and some hotdogs. So we left...

Luckily we only pit stopped for ice cream. Otherwise we'd be bummed if we wanted hot food as they only were serving hot dogs at that hour. And it was around 9p. I got a moo latte with chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Unfortunately my moo latte melted and the whipped cream survived as I was busy on the phone for nearly an hour while we drove to Orlando from Jax. However as nasty as this sounds once we got to the hotel my moo latte was still drinkable and I literally fell asleep with it next to my head on the bed. The bathroom was gross though. Made me wonder when the last time it was cleaned. It was disgusting. You've been warned.

Horrible service, the girl at the front who is claiming to be a manager is yelling at her employees asking them their age and telling them that she's 31 and has worked here since she was 18 that they better listen to her because she's in charge and their boss, in front of all of the customers. Talking loudly about how she had cervical cancer and telling her whole personal life to the whole Dairy Queen all while not in uniform like the other very nice girls working here who seem to be getting bullied by this little horrible person who looks like she does drugs and is rude and pushy! There is a Line out the door with no care in the world because she's so busy telling others about her personal life. Didn't have any food ready, can't get a burger or fries, got chips for a side and those were stale along with the stale hotdog bun. She keeps yelling at the poor employees at the top of her lungs like their are pieces of shit! Just now she walked out and said she didn't know we were sitting here, we said we knew that because she was acting horrible to employees as if no one was around.
